OK – We’ve got like a little over two weeks until Christmas!!! Do you have your holiday shopping done?
Amazon has been stopping by our house like every day… But also, I’ve been stopping by wine country and picking up some of my favorite things to give:
- Pinot Nori
Here are a few of my favorite Oregon wine gift sets for the 2017 holiday season:
This two-bottle set features Maysara’s 2013 Cyrus Pinot Noir and their 2016 Anahita Riesling. Both bottles elegantly food-friendly. Pair the Pinot Noir with the Christmas Prime Rib and match the Riesling with your Holiday Ham.
In my mind, Rosé is a necessity year round. Hazelfern created their Winter Rosé with winter comfort food in mind. Try it with roasted vegetables, holiday roasts, and creamy soups. It’s barrel-aged and made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Tempranillo, resulting in a fuller-bodied Rosé that’s perfect for chilly temps and nights around the fireplace.
This three-bottle set of Argyle’s 2014 Vintage Brut sparkling wine showcases three beautiful, limited-edition labels that were created by Pacific Northwest College of Art students. I love how unique each of the bottles are, and Argyle’s Brut is always top notch.
Disclosure: Some of these bottles were received as media samples. As always, all opinions are my own.
