- 2 cups almond milk unsweetened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons ground flax or chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons dark molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- A few ice cubes
Place all ingredients in your high powered blender and whirl away!
