Last weekend I had the opportunity to attend The Big Night as part of the Bounty of Yamhill County at Sokol Blosser Winery in Dundee, Oregon, It was a night celebrating the chefs, vintners and farmers of Yamhill County which is located in the heart of Oregon’s wine country.
