Crostini are easy to make at home using just 3-ingredients - bread, olive oil and salt. This simple crostini recipe is the perfect appetizer for parties. You can make them ahead of time and serve them with a variety of toppings.
Lightly coat both sides of bread with olive oil and arrange in single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake on center rack for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
Notes
Crostini will keep in an airtight container or ziploc bag at room temperature for up to three days. You can also freeze crostini for up to three months.
