Instructions
Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers and slice vertically into ½” slices.
Toss bell pepper slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 400-degrees.
Arrange the pepper slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
