Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups canned chickpeas drained (reserve the liquid)
  • 1 ½ tsp . salt
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 5 Tbsp . lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp . chickpea liquid or water
  • ½ cup roasted macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Turn on the blender and toss in the garlic through the lid. Process until minced.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
  3. Serve at room temperature, or chilled.
