scrubbed clean and dried

Instructions
Heat air fryer to 390 degrees.
Rub oil over potatoes and sprinkle evenly with kosher salt.
Place in air fryer basket and cook for 40 - 50 minutes, until they can be pierced easily with a fork.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
