Microwave Directions
Add sugar and water to a large pyrex measuring cup or other heat proof container.
Heat on HIGH for 3-4 minutes until the syrup just begins to boil. Carefully remove from microwave and stir.
Let cool then store in a covered glass container in the refrigerator.
Stovetop Directions
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves and syrup becomes clear.
