pitted and peeled

lime juice

garlic
finely grated or minced

kosher salt

cumin

Roma tomatoes
seeded and diced

diced onion

jalapeno pepper
diced

chopped cilantro
Instructions
Add avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt and cumin to a medium bowl and mash using a fork or potato masher.
Fold in the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
To keep from browning - cover top of bowl with saran wrap and press down so that guac comes in contact with the saran wrap.
