Authentic Italian Sunday Gravy 

This Sunday Gravy is what I grew up eating every week and I consider it the best.  The meats simmer in the tomato sauce and really give it an incredible flavor. By the end of the cooking time, they’re falling off the bone and super tender.

INGREDIENTS for Sunday Gravy 

– olive oil   – pork spare ribs  – beef stew meat  – Italian sausage  – garlic cloves  – tomato paste  – canned crushed tomato  – water  – fresh basil  – salt & pepper  – sugar  – parmesan (for topping)  – pasta 

How Do You Serve Sunday Gravy? The meats are removed from the sauce and served on the side. The remaining sauce is served with cooked pasta and parmesan on the side, with extra bread for sopping up the sauce. My favorite!
