INGREDIENTS for Romesco Sauce

– roasted red peppers – bread  – tomatoes – almonds – parsley – sherry vinegar  – smoked paprika – cayenne pepper  – garlic cloves  – olive oil  – salt 

How To Make Romesco Sauce  Add the ingredients to a food processor (or blender) + pulse.

With motor running, stream in olive oil; process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
