– beef chuck roast – all-purpose flour – rosemary and thyme – garlic powder and onion powder – salt and black pepper – olive oil – onion and garlic – tomato paste – beef broth and red wine – Worcestershire sauce – baby carrots and potatoes – fresh lemon juice – cornstarch

1. Season the beef. 2. On saute mode: heat the olive oil and saute the aromatics. Add the tomato paste to the instant pot and cook for one minute. Pour in the wine, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce and deglaze the pot.

3. Add the beef to the pot, cover, and set the valve to seal. Cook on high pressure for twenty minutes. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for ten minutes.

4. Add veggies to the pot, cover, and set the valve to seal. Cook on high pressure for ten minutes. Once done, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes. 5. Add the lemon juice and season and enjoy!
