Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
chile powder

tablespoon
ground cumin

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoon
coarse black pepper

teaspoon
smoked paprika
Instructions
Stir together all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Add to your ribs about 10-15 minutes before they are finished cooking.

Barbecue Sauce
: Add 2 Tablespoons honey.

Barbecue Sauce
: Add 2 Tablespoons maple syrup.
