Ingredients

baby spinach

canned mandarin oranges
no sugar added

strawberries
stems removed and halved or quartered

blackberries

blueberries

walnuts
Poppyseed Dressing
1/2
cup
mayo
⅓
cup
milk

Tablespoons
sugar

Tablespoon
poppy seeds

Tablespoons
rice wine vinegar

teaspoon
dijon mustard

teaspoon
kosher salt
plus more to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined. Season with additional salt, to taste.
In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients, then drizzle on the desired amount of poppyseed dressing on top. Toss gently to combine. Enjoy!
Notes
The poppyseed dressing can be made up to 5 days ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
