Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax or chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons dark molasses
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in your high powered blender and whirl away!
