Add honey and water to a large pyrex measuring cup or other heat proof container.
Heat on HIGH for 3-4 minutes until the syrup just begins to boil. Carefully remove from the microwave and stir.

Storage
The honey syrup lasts up to 2 weeks when stored in the refrigerator.
It’s best to store your syrup in an airtight glass container or squeeze bottle in the refrigerator. You can also freeze it in a sealed container or mason jar, but leave about an inch of space at the top for expansion.
