This brisket recipe turns out deliciously tender every time! The low + slow cook time results in a brisket that's extremely juicy and flavorful. Get the perfect “bark” by finishing it on your grill, smoker or even the oven!

INGREDIENTS for Sous Vide Brisket

– 1 brisket (4-6 pounds) –ground black pepper – kosher salt  – pink curing salt (optional)  – liquid smoke (optional) 

Rub brisket with salt and pepper, add liquid smoke if finishing in oven. Vacuum seal to remove as much air as possible.

Cook 24-72 hours at your preferred temperature (155-degrees for fall apart texture). Remove from sous vide and pat dry well with paper towels.

Rub with additional spice mixture. Finish on the grill, smoker or oven (see full instructions for finishing on the blog)
