Learn how to make Homemade Croutons with just 4 simple ingredients. This crouton recipe is so much better than store bought! Use in salads, soups, stuffing or just eat them straight off the pan.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add 4 cups bread cubes to a large bowl and drizzle with 1/3 cup olive oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread the bread cubes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake until golden, tossing halfway through, about 15-20 minutes, keeping an eye on them so they don’t burn.
Remove from oven, and let cool.
