In a small bowl, mix together the 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder and 2 Tablespoons brown sugar and rub into both sides of pork chops.
Set Instant Pot to SAUTE and add 2 Tablespoons butter. Once hot, add 4 pork chops and brown on both sides, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove pork chops and set aside. Press CANCEL.
Add 1 ½ cups chicken broth and scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Return pork chops to the pot.
Place lid on pot and set vent to seal. Cook on MANUAL high pressure for 8 minutes. When done, allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure and remove the lid. Hit CANCEL.
Remove the pork chops to a plate.
In a small bowl whisk together 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch and 2 Tablespoons Water. Turn the instant pot on to SAUTE and add the cornstarch mixture. Whisk constantly until gravy has thickened. Season gravy with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve pork chops with gravy on the side. Enjoy!

Notes
If cooking bone in pork chops, increase the cook time to 10 minutes. If cooking pork chops from frozen, skip the saute step, and increase the cook time to 13 minutes.
