Recipe Tips
Adjust the sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter spritz, you can add a teaspoon ofsimple syrupor agave.
Make it less strong: In general, a spritz is a lower alcohol cocktail. However, if you would like to make it even less strong, use less Limoncello and Prosecco, and more soda water. Or, you can leave out the Prosecco entirely and just combine Limoncello and soda water.
Experiment with garnishes: Feel free to get creative with the garnishes. You can try adding a few raspberries, blueberries, basil leaves, thyme, or rosemary sprigs.
Serve it chilled: Make sure to keep your ingredients and glassware chilled before making the cocktail. The coolness adds to the overall refreshing experience.
