Meatloaf

This easy Air Fryer Meatloaf recipe is just as delicious as the classic baked version, but so much quicker. This recipe makes two tender meatloaves with crisp, caramelized edges and juicy centers. Making homemade meatloaf has never been easier!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup tomato sauce – 2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce – 1 Tablespoon sugar – 1 1/2 pounds ground beef – ⅓ cup seasoned bread crumbs – 1 egg (whisked) – 3/4 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper – 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley

– Combine tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until bubbling, stirring constantly, and remove from heat.

 1. Make Sauce

– Add 2 TBSP of this mixture to the ground beef with bread crumbs, egg, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and ground pepper. Shape into 2 loaves.

2. Shape Loaves

– Place meatloaves in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes.

3. Cook

– Drizzle the remaining tomato sauce over the top of the meatloaves. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.

4. Add Sauce

– Allow to rest 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
