Zucchini Bread 

This recipe is the golden standard of zucchini breads. With hints of cinnamon and vanilla and notes of caramel from the brown sugar. It’s flavorful and moist but not overly sweet.

INGREDIENTS  for  Zucchini Bread 

– grated zucchini  – brown sugar  – butter  – eggs – vanilla extract  – kosher salt  – flour  – baking soda  – cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and salt in a large bowl.

Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, and whisk in until just combined. Fold in grated zucchini until just incorporated.

Pour into two greased 9x5-inch loaf pans. Bake 45-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
