Hawaiian Coleslaw 

This super healthy coleslaw has the traditional ingredients of cabbage + carrots, but it’s bumped up a notch into tropical nirvana with the addition of fresh pineapple chunks, black sesame seeds, and a ginger-soy lime vinaigrette.

INGREDIENTS for Hawaiian Coleslaw 

For The Salad : – green cabbage  – red cabbage  – fresh pineapple – carrots – green onions For The Dressing:  – fresh ginger & honey – sesame oil & olive oil  – rice wine vinegar – soy sauce & lime juice  – black sesame seeds – salt

Combine cabbages, carrots, pineapple, green onions and cilantro in a large bowl and set aside.

Add ginger, olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil + lime to a mason jar, shake well to combine.Pour over the slaw. Stir + season with salt to taste.

Cover + refrigerate at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
