INGREDIENTS for Mushroom Stuffing

-butter -cremini mushrooms - onion - celery - garlic - fresh or dried sage - fresh or dried thyme - Italian parsley - grated nutmeg - chopped pecans - kosher salt - loaf of good-quality white bread - black pepper - dry white wine (or vermouth) - vegetable stock

How To Make Mushroom Stuffing:  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees. 2. In a large skillet saute the mushrooms until nicely browned. Set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, nutmeg, and salt. Cook until the onion is soft,

4. In a large bowl, toss the sautéed mushrooms and vegetables with the bread cubes and chopped pecans. Season well and pour melted butter, wine and broth and toss to coat. 5. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes. Enjoy!
