– dry pinto beans – shallot – garlic – taco seasoning – bone broth (or stock) – water – salt – chopped cilantro

How To Make Instant Pot Pinto Beans:  1. Add beans, shallot, garlic, taco seasoning, broth, and water to the Instant Pot.

2. Cook on manual HIGH pressure for 45 minutes. Let the pressure naturally release for 20 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.

3. Remove the shallot, crush the garlic cloves with a fork and stir them into the beans, and strain off any remaining liquid. Season with salt, to taste. Serve and enjoy!
