How to Make the BEST Instant Pot Refried Beans
1. Rinse the beans and add them to the pot.
2. Saute the onion and garlic and then season with cumin, chili powder, oregano and cayenne.
3. Salt the cooking liquid.
4. Cook for 45 minutes, until tender.
5. Drain and reserve some of the cooking liquid.
