Sauteed Spinach

Sauteed spinach with garlic is one of my favorite go-to side dishes! It isn’t complicated, is very versatile, is made in 1 pan, and pairs well with almost any recipe. Seasoned with fresh garlic and olive oil, the wilted spinach is infused with savory and complementary flavors. It’s simple, aromatic, and is ready to eat with dinner in minutes.

Why you'll LOVE Sauteed Spinach:

INGREDIENTS for Sauteed Spinach

– 1 1/2 pounds baby spinach leaves (24 ounces) – 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – 2 Tablespoons chopped garlic (about 6 cloves) – 1 teaspoon kosher salt – 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Heat a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat with olive oil. Saute the garlic until it’s soft and fragrant.

Add the bunches of fresh spinach and turn the leaves using tongs. Saute the spinach until the leaves wilt and the garlic has been incorporated. Remove from the skillet and season. Serve hot and enjoy!
