– bone broth – cooked rice – egg yolks – lemon juice – chopped cooked chicken – fresh dill – salt and pepper

How To Make Avgolemono:  1. Bring broth to a simmer.

2. Add ½ cup rice, egg yolks and lemon juice to a blender, slowly stream in 1 cup hot broth. 3. Stir puree into simmering stock.

4. Season with fresh dill and enjoy!
