Green Bean Fries 

Crispy parmesan Green Bean Fries are baked in the oven for a healthy, delicious treat. They’re coated in crushed up crackers which provide such a great, crispy texture. The flavor is amped up by adding parmesan cheese and garlic to the mix.  Try serving with your favorite dipping sauce!

INGREDIENTS for Green Bean Fries 

fresh green beans Ritz crackers grated parmesan cheese garlic powder onion powder paprika pepper flour eggs

Combine the cracker crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper in a medium bowl.

In a shallow baking dish, whisk eggs. Toss green beans with flour, then dip the green beans in the egg, then in the crumb mixture to coat. Place on baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees F, until golden & crispy. Serve immediately with desired dipping sauce.
