INGREDIENTS for Slow Cooker Pork Chops

– pork chops – brown sugar – paprika – salt – black pepper – onion powder – chicken broth – cornstarch – water – fresh parsley (to garnish)

Pat the pork chops dry and rub the dry rub over all sides. Transfer the pork chops to your slow cooker along with the broth.

Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Once cooked, remove the chops and transfer them to a plate to rest.

Scoop a few cups of the cooking liquid from the slow cooker and heat in a small saucepan. Make a cornstarch slurry and whisk in the saucepan until the mixture thickens into a gravy. Serve the pork chops and spoon gravy over top and enjoy!
