Add the pita pieces to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the salt and garlic powder and toss to coat all the pieces evenly.
Preheat your air fryer to 325-degrees F.
Add the pita pieces to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Toss and continue cooking for 5-8 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Storing
