Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce

Instant Pot Salmon: - Salmon - Lemon Lemon Dill Sauce: - White Wine - Shallot - Lemon Juice - Butter - Fresh Dill - Salt and Pepper
– Pour water into pressure cooker and add rack. – Place salmon, skin side down on rack, in a single layer. – Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with lemon slices.
Add to Instant Pot
– Cook on MANUAL (high pressure) for 3 minutes. – Once the timer goes off, press the CANCEL button, and quickly release the pressure.
Boil wine, shallot and lemon juice in medium saucepan over high heat until reduced. Add butter. Remove pan from heat and stir in dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Make Lemon Dill Sauce
Serve salmon fillets with lemon-dill sauce spooned on top. Enjoy!
