Craving a blackberry cocktail? Let's start by making a Blackberry Sous Vide Infused Vodka! It makes the perfect base for a delicious Blackberry Lemon Drop Martini. This tart and tangy cocktail is made extra flavorful with blackberry infused vodka & a sugar rim.
Place berries into a quart sized mason jar and top with vodka, leaving a half inch of space from the top of the jar.
Cook for 3 hours.
Strain and chill.
Blackberry Lemon Drop Cocktail
Combine the vodka, lemon juice, and sugar and pour into a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with lemon slices or frozen blackberries.
