Pork Belly+ an Amazing Sauce = PERFECTION!

When serving pork belly, there are 3 essentials:

  1. Napkins. Lots of napkins. Especially if saucy pork belly is involved.
  2. Some really stellar sides for pork belly.
  3. And, of course, a delicious sauce recipe!

How to Sauce Pork Belly

Add the sauce at the end: While you can baste your pork belly with sauce while it’s cooking, it’s best to add the sauce at the end of the cooking process. This will prevent the sauce from burning and will ensure that the flavors are fresh and vibrant.

Let’s dig in!
