  • Combine honey and water in a saucepan.
  • Heat over medium heat until honey dissolves.
  • Let cool then store in a covered glass container in the refrigerator.

Microwave Directions

  • Add honey and water to a large pyrex measuring cup or other heat proof container.
  • Heat on HIGH for 3-4 minutes until the syrup just begins to boil. Carefully remove from the microwave and stir.
  • Let cool then store in a covered glass container in the refrigerator.

Notes

The honey syrup lasts up to 2 weeks when stored in the refrigerator.
