Equipment

  • Small Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill (or 1 TBSP dried dill)
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy.

Notes

The leftover yogurt dill sauce can be stored for 3 to 4 days in the fridge. Keep it in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
