Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Prosecco (or any sparkling wine)
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • Splash of soda water (sparkling water, or club soda)
  • Garnish of orange

Instructions

  • Pour the sparkling wine into a glass of ice cubes. Add the Aperol and a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice. Enjoy!
