25+ Ideas of What to Eat with Kielbasa
Kielbasa is a flavorful Polish sausage with a smoky taste that can be cooked in many ways, from grilling to pan-frying. It's very versatile! In this guide, we’ll explore over 25 tasty pairings for kielbasa, including perfect sides, zesty sauces, and delicious toppings. These ideas will help you make the most of your kielbasa sausage and create a delicious and satisfying meal! Try these caramelized onions.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add the oil and butter. Once melted, add the onions and arrange evenly in the pan.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the onions for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the onions with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Continue cooking the onions for 30-minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally. You may want to lower the heat if the onions are browning too much. You can also add a splash of water to loosen things up.
