How to make Pasta Chips in the air fryer:

  1. Boil pasta in salted water to just shy of al dente, about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F(200 degrees C).
  4. Coat pasta with oil, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  5. Cook 6 minutes, tossing every 2 minutes to prevent sticking. Work in batches to avoid overlapping.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and repeat with remaining pasta.
  7. Enjoy!

How to make oven baked Pasta Chips:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F(200 degrees C).
  2. Boil pasta in salted water to just shy of al dente, about 8 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Coat pasta with oil, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  7. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Don’t overcook the pasta. Cook to shy of al dente because the pasta will continue to cook in the air fryer or oven.
  • Work in batches. If air frying, work in batches to avoid overlapping the chips. This ensures even cooking.
  • Shake the air fryer basket. Toss the chips every 2 minutes to avoid the chips sticking together.
  • Allow to cool. The chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
