What are pasta chips made of?
- Farfalle pasta (or other favorite pasta – see below for suggestions)

What’s the best shape pasta to use?
Larger sized pasta shapes are best for this recipe, so that they’re easy to grab & dip, like a chip.

How to make Pasta Chips in the air fryer:
- Boil pasta in salted water to just shy of al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Drain.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F(200 degrees C).
- Coat pasta with oil, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Cook 6 minutes, tossing every 2 minutes to prevent sticking. Work in batches to avoid overlapping.
- Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and repeat with remaining pasta.
- Enjoy!
How to make oven baked Pasta Chips:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F(200 degrees C).
- Boil pasta in salted water to just shy of al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Drain.
- Coat pasta with oil, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Enjoy!
Tips:
- Don’t overcook the pasta. Cook to shy of al dente because the pasta will continue to cook in the air fryer or oven.
- Work in batches. If air frying, work in batches to avoid overlapping the chips. This ensures even cooking.
- Shake the air fryer basket. Toss the chips every 2 minutes to avoid the chips sticking together.
- Allow to cool. The chips will continue to crisp as they cool.

- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta just shy of al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees (200 degrees C).
- Transfer the pasta to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Toss to coat.
- Working in batches, place pasta in air fryer in a single layer and cook 6 minutes, tossing every 2 minutes to prevent sticking.
- Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and repeat with remaining pasta.
