  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt ( or sour cream)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta (ricotta, or queso fresco)
  • 1 Tablespoon ketchup (or tomato paste)
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice (plus more to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.


How to Store: Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
